Returns/Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges of items within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns will be processed as in-store credit only!

To begin a return/exchange please contact us at contact@pipsandcompany.com.  Pips and Co. offers exchanges for the same item at the same price in a different size.

To return an item it must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with tags still attached. 

If you receive an item that is damaged you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it!

Store Credit

Once you receive an email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Pips and Co. Gift Card sent to your email address on file for the initial purchase amount.

Non-Returnable items

Non-returnable items include bodysuits, hats, accessories, final sale items and gift cards. 

Shipping is a flat rate fee of $6. Any orders over $100 will have free shipping!
